Tennis

Martin Ormonde returned to action with a fine win in the Causeway Vets Tournament, he was successful in the over 50's singles beating the Michael Waldron from Mitchelstown. His training partner Michael Prendergast teamed up with Dick McCarthy, St Anne's to win the over 60 doubles. Michael Murray also played and was runner up in the over 70s doubles. This year the All Ireland Vets Championships are being held in St Anne's and the lads are tuning up to be competitive in their events.
