Presentation of prizes took place in the bar that evening in the presence of Club President Frank Gubbins  amd representing O'Leary Motors Barry Fitzgerald.

A number of other presentations for recently completed events were also made. The winners of the prestigious Player of the Year Awards were, for the ladies , Shula McCarthy and for the Gents ,Michael  Kennedy. Both of these awards were deservedly won by two players who brought  a lot of honour to our club during the year.

The winner of the Gents Hole-in-one all year long competition was John Fitzgerald. John has made this competition his own in recent years. Disappointingly  we had no winners of the ladies competition, so come on ladies in 2015.
The third event an ever popular scramble was won by the trio of Lorraine Creed, Mary Maloney and Paddy O'Hanrahan with the gross prize going to the team of Nora Whelan, Matty Anglim and Jimmy Fitzgerald.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who supported Pitch & Putt in Hillview in 2014, sponsors, ground staff, committee members and players alike with special thanks to Mary and Con without whom   many things would not have happened. Have a good Christmas and a prosperous 2015 everybody.
